HTN is proud to be supporting the next "Great Chefs of Australia" book "Menus" by James Mussak.
This upcoming book is a little different than the past successful recipes books in that it aims to be a guide for menu planning for various events.
HTN Apprentice Chefs can get involved by submitting a menu to HTN. We will then forward it on to James Mussak and those chosen will see their menus and bios displayed in this fantastic, hard cover, coffee table book. What an addition to your resume!
Remember, this book is about menus, not recipes. So email your menu to littlechefrod@htn.com.au and explain briefly the kind of planning you have to go through to design a menu for a particular function.
