Annual Culinary Competition

The 2011 HTN Apprentice Chef Culinary Competition was the most successful yet.  In what has become Australia's largest annual apprentice chef cooking competition, this year saw approximately 300 registrations and 14 regional heats.  Add in the $30,000 prize pool and you have the competition to be in!

All of the photos from both the regional heats and the Grand Final can be found on our facebook pages (click the facebook icon at the top of the page) but below are some highlights. 

No sooner has the 2011 competition finished than it is time to plan the 2012 competition and with a view of making the competition bigger, better and more exciting, we want to be able to publish the heat details this year.
