Apprentices who can demonstrate commitment and a sincere passion for cooking are selected and contracted to HTN. After extensive discussion regarding experience and career expectations, candidates are then matched to a suitable Host trainer within the Network. Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship, the opportunity of training and working in up to three Host employer establishments, will greatly expand your culinary repertoire, range of skills and personal development.
HTN's industry experienced Field Consultants will visit you and your Host Employer regularly to discuss your performance and progress and to ensure that you are receiving quality "on the job" training.
Field Consultants will discuss aspects of occupational health and safety with you as part of HTN's risk management program. Your Field Consultant will be available at any time to discuss your career development and assist you where possible.
Please note that whilst HTN is regarded by industry as the leading employer of Apprentice Chefs, Apprenticeships in Baking, Pastry and Butchery can also be catered for.
