The HTN and R&C NSW Apprentice Culinary Competition 2009
HTN and R&C NSW coordinate Australia's largest cooking competition series annually for future chefs. The well publicised shortage in the commercial cookery sector highlights the need to promote the career of a professional chef and HTN in concert with R&C NSW actively pursue applicants to meet their demand average of 150 cooking apprenticeships all year round.
