The HTN and R&C NSW Apprentice Culinary Competition 2009

HTN and R&C NSW coordinate Australia's largest cooking competition series annually for future chefs. The well publicised shortage in the commercial cookery sector highlights the need to promote the career of a professional chef and HTN in concert with R&C NSW actively pursue applicants to meet their demand average of 150 cooking apprenticeships all year round.

In 2009 there will be 14 regional heats and the locations are as follows.  Further details will be provided in 2009.
