Traineeships - Hospitality

When you commence your Traineeship, you will enter into a formal training agreement for the duration of the Traineeship.

This agreement formalises the relationship with HTN as your legal employer whilst you complete all of your training both on and off the job.

As mentioned, HTN will support you in the workplace and arrange the formal training associated with your Traineeship at TAFE, CIT or other recognised provider.

HTN is pleased to offer the following types of Hospitality Operations Traineeships:

- Commercial Cooking

- Food and Beverage

- Catering

- Accommodation

- Café

To sum it up...

You get 12 – 24 months work experience.

You receive a wage whilst you work and learn.

You are trained both “on and off” the job.

You receive a nationally recognised certificate on successful completion of your Traineeship.
