Apprenticeships and Traineeships provide a sound platform for articulation into higher qualification levels within the Australian Qualifications Framework.

Apprentices may choose to undertake the next level of study to enhance their career progression - a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery. Equally, a recently completed Hospitality Trainee may undertake study at Certificate III level to compliment career advancement.
