When you recruit Apprentices or Trainees through HTN, the benefits to you the "Host Employer" include:

A free recruitment service - there is no placement fee.

 

Flexibility and convenience - Our service provides for trade fluctuations as well as seasonality.

Continuity with training incentive rebate- we credit Commonwealth training incentives back to you over the duration of the training contract.

Regular onsite support from industry experienced Field Consultants.

Advice and assistance in relation to OHS and risk management.

Administration is minimised - we complete all complicated paperwork.

Industrial relations support as well as award advice.

Training assistance and advice (For both "on and off" the job).

Rotation of Apprentices - you are not obliged to take on the Apprentice for the full duration of the training contract as HTN is the legal employer.

Incident mediation.

Apprentices and Trainees are provided instruction in OHS principles prior to placement.

Regular work place monitoring to ensure that skill level is in line with Apprenticeship/Traineeship progression.
